Named after the Earl of Emsworth’s prize winning Berkshire pig, the Empress of Blandings, with over 350 pictures and paintings of pigs adorning its walls, sits on the edge of the New Forest, close to the M27.

The pub is the only building that is a member of the PG Wodehouse society and the Inn-sign is the only Hall & Woodhouse pub sign where the company name is spelt ‘Wodehouse’.

Stuart & his family are excited to announce that they have taken over the Empress of Blandings! As the new owners, we are bringing a fresh and exciting change to the establishment. Not only can you expect a new menu with delicious meals & daily specials of goodness but also a great selection of real ales, draught beers, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks & lovely coffees.

Stuart & his family are passionate in all they do and always try and go that wee extra mile to make everyone welcome. So, whether you're looking for a cozy dinner for two or a larger gathering, the Empress has got you covered. Come visit us and taste the difference that Stuart and his Family are bringing to the Empress! Sit back relax & let us look after you..
